It was limited competition and this design which was presented by Dr. Wael Aboneama won the 1st prize. The Madina development Authority headquarter building is the main pillar and the basic core of the movement of construction building in the area of Madina For that reason the Building shall be a landmark for all visitors and clear representation of what should be the style of construction in conjunction with the heritage of such Islamic city. The objective is to create a luxurious and high-end design concept for the building interior, respecting the architectural theme. The architectural design of the Madina Development Authority's headquarter is focused on achieving the high standards of sustainable design for better performance meanwhile targeting unique and special architectural form, Function, structure, and integrated with the site and the place of the project.
